It is a pleasure to recommend to you Tim Berneman. In my capacity as Vice President of Tracker Systems, Inc., I have worked closely with Tim to develop several key aspects of our business. He has provided services to us as a software engineer contractor since we entered the automated vehicle location business five years ago.

Tim has worked with us to design and implement our servers and associated software and to maintain these systems. His work has been a major factor in our company’s success.

Tim has worked with ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript integrating with Access Databases which we migrated to Interbase and then MySQL for our web-based product. For the client side programs he used VB6 with specialized OCX controls such as the system tray OCX and integrated to the databases using ODBC connectors.

Whenever we have called, Tim has responded promptly and taken care to design, rework, modify or repair as the needs arose.
